We become the legal employer of the craft, operators and technicians you deploy on capital projects, expansions and maintenance across the Gulf Coast petrochemical corridor. Weekly W-2 payroll, PSM and HAZWOPER training records, TWIC and owner site access, and the ability to scale a crew from Houston to Mobile without a new entity in between.
BOOK A CONSULTATIONFrom Corpus Christi through Houston, Lake Charles, Baton Rouge and Mobile, the petrochemical corridor is in a permanent build cycle: new crackers, derivative units, export terminals and debottlenecking projects that run for years and draw craft from every state in the Southeast.
Unlike a turnaround, a capital project employs the same crew for eighteen months, often across state lines as the work moves between sites. That means stable payroll, benefits that mean something, process safety and hazardous materials training records that are audited for the life of the project, and workers compensation underwritten for chemical process environments. Revelation carries all of it from inside the corridor.
Revelation operates from Houston and Mobile, with Lafayette, Louisiana opening in 2026. We employ craft on petrochemical sites across Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama every week.
You decide who works, on which unit, under whose supervision. Revelation becomes the legal employer and absorbs every obligation behind that decision.
These are the obligations that separate chemical plant employment from desk employment. A single project mobilization touches all four.
Process safety management rules require the owner to evaluate contractor safety performance and require the contractor to document that each employee has been trained in the hazards of the process and the facility's safe work practices. On a multi year project those records are audited repeatedly. Revelation maintains training documentation per employee so your crew clears every review.
Chemical plant work pulls employees into hazardous waste operations rules, respirator programs with fit testing, and exposure monitoring records that follow the worker. Lapsed training removes a worker from the site. Revelation tracks certification dates and keeps the documentation current as part of employment.
Most corridor plants sit inside regulated maritime facilities, so a TWIC is a condition of entry, and owners layer consortium drug testing, ISNetworld or Avetta statistics and site specific orientation on top. Revelation tracks all of it so a lapsed credential does not pull a craft worker off a project at month fourteen.
Craft classifications in a chemical process unit carry high workers compensation rates, and a single serious incident raises your cost of labour for three years. Revelation classifies by craft, manages claims to closure and runs return to work programs to protect the modification rate that decides what your next bid costs. See risk and insurance →
Software led EOR platforms are built to onboard a knowledge worker in a new jurisdiction. A chemical plant asks for things their model does not contain.

Capital projects, expansions, maintenance and turnarounds across chemical, polymer and LNG facilities.
You own the owner relationship and the invoicing. Revelation runs as your back office employment engine: onboarding, weekly payroll, workers compensation, PSM and site access records, benefits and HR, under white labelled documentation carrying your branding. Built for plant contractors and industrial staffing firms that hold the relationships and need compliant employment behind them.
Revelation operates as a full employment partner: contracts, terms, certificates of insurance, client billing and accounts receivable, with consultative support on safety, pricing and contract structure. Built for firms taking on a larger project than they have run before and want the full operational stack and the receivable risk carried for them.
“We believe great partnerships build great businesses, and every relationship we enter is one we invest in for the long term.”
Clarissa Hamilton, PresidentThe EOR becomes the legal employer of your craft and technical crew. It runs weekly payroll, withholds and files taxes in every state the project touches, carries workers compensation matched to chemical process classifications, administers benefits, and maintains the PSM, HAZWOPER and site access records owners audit. You keep full control of who works, on which unit, and under whose supervision.
Yes. Process safety contractor training, HAZWOPER certification dates, respirator fit testing and site orientation are documented per employee and kept current for the life of the project, so your crew clears the owner's contractor review every time.
Yes. Revelation already operates in all 50 states, so withholding, unemployment insurance and workers compensation follow the crew from site to site without a new entity or registration delay.
Blue Cross Blue Shield medical across a four plan structure including a lower cost MVP plan, plus dental, vision, 401(k), life and disability. Enrollment is effective the first of the month following hire, which matters on multi year assignments.
Work on export terminals, docks and barge loading moves out of state workers compensation and into USL&H. Revelation carries USL&H and Maritime Employers Liability alongside land based coverage, so a crew that touches the waterfront is covered on both sides of the line.
No. A staffing agency finds and supplies craft. An Employer of Record employs craft you have already identified and carries the payroll, tax, insurance and compliance obligations of employing them. Revelation is an EOR and is often engaged alongside a contractor's existing recruiting function.
