We become the legal employer of the structures mechanics, avionics technicians, composite fabricators and program support staff you place on aerospace and defense work. Weekly W-2 payroll, CMMC certified handling of employee data, ITAR aware onboarding with citizenship verification, DOD site access administration, and deployment from Huntsville and Mobile to every program in the country.
BOOK A CONSULTATIONDefense work pushes requirements down the chain. A prime on a DOD program flows cybersecurity, export control and personnel security obligations to every subcontractor and vendor that touches the contract, and employee records tied to a program count as controlled information. If the company that employs your workforce is not CMMC certified, that gap shows up in your assessment, not theirs.
Alabama sits at the centre of it: Redstone Arsenal and the Huntsville cluster, Airbus and the aerospace corridor in Mobile, naval programs in Pascagoula, and NASA at Marshall. Revelation was built to employ craft and technical staff inside that environment, and holds the certification that lets you put our name on your supply chain.
Revelation is headquartered in Mobile, Alabama, with Newport News, Virginia opening in 2026. We are CMMC certified and employ workers on aerospace and defense programs every week.
You decide who works, on which program, under whose supervision. Revelation becomes the legal employer and absorbs every obligation behind that decision.
These are unrelated bodies of federal regulation that happen to stack on the same hire. Most workforce vendors can satisfy one of them.
Defense contracts carry DFARS clauses that require cybersecurity controls for any organization handling controlled unclassified information, and employee records tied to a program qualify. The Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification program makes that requirement assessable and pushes it down to subcontractors and vendors. Revelation is CMMC certified. What CMMC requires →
Technical data and defense articles under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations can only be accessed by US persons unless a licence applies. That means verifying citizenship or permanent residence before a technician is assigned to restricted work, and documenting it. Revelation captures and retains that verification as part of onboarding.
Installations and prime facilities enforce background investigations, drug testing and badge requirements on every vendor employee. Some positions require a security clearance sponsored by the prime. Revelation administers the access standards and supports the clearance process with the employment records it requires.
Aerospace work requires technicians whose certifications are current: NADCAP special processes, FAA repair station authorizations, composite and bonding qualifications. Revelation tracks certification dates per employee so a lapse does not stop a line.
Software led EOR platforms are built to onboard a knowledge worker in a new jurisdiction. A defense program asks for things their model does not contain, starting with certification.

Commercial aerospace, defense manufacturing, MRO and program support.
You own the prime relationship and the invoicing. Revelation runs as your back office employment engine: ITAR aware onboarding, weekly payroll, workers compensation, site access records, benefits and HR, under white labelled documentation carrying your branding. Built for aerospace staffing firms and suppliers that hold the relationships and need a certified employer behind them.
Revelation operates as a full employment partner: contracts, terms, certificates of insurance, client billing and accounts receivable, with consultative support on safety, pricing and contract structure. Built for firms winning their first program work that want the full operational stack and the receivable risk carried for them.
“We believe great partnerships build great businesses, and every relationship we enter is one we invest in for the long term.”
Clarissa Hamilton, PresidentThe EOR becomes the legal employer of your technicians, craft and program staff. It runs weekly payroll, withholds and files taxes in every state involved, carries workers compensation, administers benefits, and handles ITAR verification, DOD site access and CMMC compliant data handling. You keep full control of who works, on which program, and under whose supervision.
Yes. Employee data connected to controlled programs is handled inside a certified environment, so putting Revelation on your supply chain does not create a finding in your own assessment.
Yes. Citizenship or permanent residence is verified and documented at onboarding, with export control acknowledgements captured before any assignment to restricted technical data or defense articles.
Security clearances are sponsored by the prime or the government, not the employer of record. Revelation supports the process with the employment verification and records it requires, and administers the background, drug testing and badge standards the installation sets.
Headcount scales down with no termination fees and no entity to unwind. When the next award lands, the same staff can be re employed in days with their verification and access records intact.
No. A staffing agency finds and supplies workers. An Employer of Record employs workers you have already identified and carries the payroll, tax, insurance and compliance obligations of employing them. Revelation is an EOR and is often engaged alongside a contractor's existing recruiting function.
